The average blood pressure should be 120/80 any large difference is bad. Diastolic pressure is the force in the arteries when the ventricles relax. Systolic pressure is the force in the arteries when the ventricles contract. REMEMBER: Dialostic has "DIE" in it, so when you die you relax. just a random way, it helped me.
