Well for starters, Rough E.R. has ribosomes on it and smooth E.R. has no ribosomes. And remember the Golgi bodies look like a stack of pancakes rather then a maze (smooth/rough E.R.). Also Golgi Bodies functions are to sort,modify, and package proteins and other materials and send them out of the cell.
