Hey guys! This unit has been going pretty well! The only thing I am confused on is the differences between Darwin and Lamark and what they each discovered about evolution. Thanks!
Darwin ideas: -natural selection -overproduction -struggle for existence -variation (like the finches beaks) -shared common ancestors
Lamarck's ideas: -inborn desire for change (meaning if an animal wanted to grow a tail, it would be able to grow a tail.) -law of use and disuse -inheritance of aquired characteristics
Hey! Kaitlyn pretty much got everything but they also both knew that things get things from common ancestors and they also knew about variation and evolution
